🍇 Vinification and refinement

- Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature

- Aroma: fine and fruity, with notes of apricot, apple and light floral hints

- Taste: dry, rightly acidic, medium bodied, with a pleasant bitter note at the end
